By accessing our website, making a booking, or participating in any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
Sirius provides premium sea experiences, including:

Private boat tours

Skippered charters
-
Fishing trips (big game, trolling, bottom fishing)

Sunset & dolphin tours

Island and coastal excursions

Private customized experiences
-
Sea transfers
The exact details of each service are defined in the confirmed booking.
2. Booking
A booking is confirmed when availability is confirmed by Sirius and the required payment (deposit or full amount) is received.
The person making the booking is responsible for all participants. Sirius reserves the right to refuse any booking due to safety, capacity, or operational reasons.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in EUR. Depending on the offer, prices may include or exclude: fuel, skipper, drinks and snacks, fishing equipment, permits, and fees.
Payment terms:

Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information, arrive on time, follow skipper instructions, behave responsibly, comply with laws and maritime rules, and supervise children at all times.
Sirius may deny boarding or terminate the trip without refund in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
5. Safety & Skipper Authority
Safety is our priority. The skipper has full authority to:

Change the route or schedule

Modify or cancel the trip

Ensure the safety of all passengers
All decisions are final when made for safety reasons.
6. Weather Conditions
Trips depend on safe weather and sea conditions. Sirius may change the itinerary, shorten trips, or delay/cancel departure. In such cases, Sirius may offer rescheduling, an alternative service, or a partial/full refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation terms:

More than 14 days: Deposit refunded (minus costs)

7–14 days: 50% charge

Less than 7 days: 100% charge

No-show: No refund
Rescheduling may be possible upon agreement.
8. Cancellation by Sirius
Sirius may cancel due to weather conditions, technical issues, safety concerns, or force majeure. Guests will be offered rescheduling or a refund where applicable.
9. Fishing Disclaimer
Fishing trips do not guarantee a catch and depend on weather conditions and the season. All fishing activities follow Croatian regulations, and catch & release policies may apply.
10. Health & Participation
Guests participate at their own risk. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, pregnancy, inability to swim, or allergies. Sirius may refuse participation if safety cannot be ensured.
11. Alcohol & Conduct
Illegal substances, aggressive behavior, and unsafe conduct are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.
12. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or other guests. Costs of repair, cleaning, or loss may be charged.
13. Personal Belongings
Sirius is not responsible for lost items, water damage, or items dropped overboard.
14. Swimming & Activities
Swimming is at your own risk and is allowed only with the skipper's approval. Children must be supervised at all times.
15. Delays
Guests must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shorter trip or the loss of the booking.
16. Photos & Marketing
Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Guests can request exclusion from this prior to the trip.
17. Privacy
Personal data is used for booking management, communication, and legal compliance. All data is handled in accordance with GDPR.
18. Force Majeure
Sirius is not liable for events beyond our control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.
19. Complaints
Complaints must be reported immediately on-site or submitted within 8 days via email.
20. Website Content
Content is for informational purposes. Sirius does not guarantee absolute accuracy or constant availability.
21. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Sirius and may not be used without permission.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Croatian law.
23. Final Provisions
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest remains valid and enforceable.

Sirius may update these Terms at any time.
